This privacy notice applies to members of the public that are using the Fortisip Adherence Service only.

Who we are

Alliance Healthcare are the leading wholesaler of healthcare products in the UK serving over 17,000 pharmacies, doctors, hospitals and health centres from our 12 Service Centres across the UK. We offer a broad range of healthcare solutions from the beginning to the end of the business cycle.

What Information do we collect

We collect the information that you consent to sharing when you register for the Fortisip Adherence Service.

This is typically your name, e-mail address and / or phone number.

In addition, you may be asked some questions and we will therefore collect the answers that you give to them.

What we use your personal information for

This information is used for the purpose of contacting you at the intervals outlined in the service that you have opted to join. We will not use your contact information or personal information for any other reason.

The answers that you provide to any questions asked in the portal will be used to analyse any challenges to adherence and the effectiveness of this adherence scheme to help overcome them.

• Your name or contact information will not be processed as part of this analysis
• A unique pseudonymised ID will be created to enable responses to be analysed

All of your personal information will be permanently deleted after three months of non-interaction or if you opt out from the service.

In each communication from us, you will receive a link that allows you to remove your consent and opt out of the service.

You can view your personal information and remove your consent by following the link at the bottom of each of the e-mails or text messages that we send you.
